Senior Graphic Designer
Current– Creating and providing all sorts of visual assets for touchpoints of all stages of the marketing funnel including web pages, email marketing, UI illustrations, social media images, UX/UI design for web pages, brand elements, sales collaterals, in-app graphics, print products and photography.– Collaborating with multiple stakeholders like content writers, marketing and product managers, digital marketers and experts from other departments, providing know-how and multiple visual approaches in order to find the best solution.– Creating UI designs for web pages and emails and implementing them directly in the tools (WordPress, HubSpot, GetResponse, Iterable), assisting the web and email teams with UX/UI knowledge, design assets and basic F/E coding (HTML, CSS).– Top proficiency in state-of-the-art software and tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and others including use of AI support, automation, components and prototypes.– Nurturing the Meister brand by ensuring a consistent visual identity across touchpoints and products while always innovating the design language by exploring new design trends and technologies.– Handlings and owning multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and keeping constant communication with other stakeholders involved.– Developing additional skills in the fields of leadership, project management, branding and digital marketing.
