With over 20 years of experience in higher education, I am a passionate and dedicated program development manager at Northern Crops Institute (NCI), where I design and deliver innovative and impactful educational programs for students, faculty, and industry partners. I have a PhD in Education with a focus on institutional effectiveness, and I leverage my research and analytical skills to evaluate and improve the quality and outcomes of NCI's programs. I also have extensive experience in student affairs and student success, having served as the dean of students and the director of student success programs at North Dakota State University (NDSU), where I led and supported various initiatives to enhance student engagement, development, retention, and graduation. I have strong skills in student engagement, student development, student affairs, leadership, administration, collaboration, and communication, and I am committed to advancing the mission and vision of NCI and NDSU.
