I have a Bachelors degree in Music Business and also a Masters degree in Entertainment Business from Full Sail University in Orlando, Florida. At Full Sail University, some of my studies included utilizing statistics to predict future sales, gathering information about competitors, and providing necessary data for promotion and distribution. I also designed and priced products and services. As part of another assignment, I created a survey; researching the customer satisfaction of various cell phone service providers. My final project in my Master’s Degree program required me to complete a written business plan for a service/product and present the plan to faculty and peers. In addition to my educational background, I have devoted many years of community service to my home town, Homestead, Florida. For many summers, since 2003, I have been a volunteer as a teacher and camp counselor at Art-in Action-Experience.
