The BTS Center seeks to catalyze spiritual imagination, with enduring wisdom, for transformative faith leadership by offering theologically grounded programs of continuing education and spiritual formation, including workshops and retreats, learning cohorts, public conversations, and projects of applied research with a clear focus on addressing issues related to climate change. In addition to assisting with creating events and facilitating, I produce the Climate Changed podcast.

Host and producer of the monthly program, Citizens' Climate Radio. I interview guests, determine the theme for each show, record, edit, and promote the program. The show includes a main section, The Art House, and the Citizens' Climate Puzzler.

Through original one-person comic plays and performance lectures I address various serious issues including LGBTQ issues, power and privilege regarding gender, race, and class, theology, and climate change as a human rights issue. I present at universities, schools, conferences, theaters, and places of worship. A variety of campus groups sponsor my university residencies and performances including: LGBTQ Resource Center, Department of Gender Studies, Office of Sustainability, Office of Chaplain, and the Theater Department. I have presented throughout the USA and Canada and in the UK, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Iceland, South Africa, and Cameroon. My goal is to facilitate conversations about difficult topics and to use humor and storytelling to open up the dialogue.

I worked at the Infusion Teacher through the Learning Skills Program. In my position I helped teachers in all subject areas in the 9th grade to develop better teaching practice. I also worked with a group of students to help them develop better learning practices. My goal was to infuse the learning experience with effective pedagogy as I enhanced what was already working and added to it.

I provided technical support for users of a database system and leaded a team of other support technicians. I also trained new tech support personnel.
