Local Area Representative - Lar
CurrentI am honored to serve as the Local Area Representative for RSL Awards in the Tirunelveli and Tuticorin districts. My role primarily involves strategic planning for contemporary and classical music grade examinations, as well as the establishment of convenient examination centers within the local community.RSL Awards (Rockschool Ltd) is a UK based awarding organisation focusing on the contemporary arts, now offering awards for classical musicians as well.We offer both graded music and dance exams, and vocational (TVET) qualifications in 65 countries.2022 will see us award over 100,000 certificates. This year we will have over 20,000 students studying our Vocational qualifications at levels 1, 2, 3 & 4 in approximately 450 schools and colleges.We are offering graded music examinations in all contemporary instruments (Brass, guitar, bass, drums, vocals, piano/keyboard, acoustic guitar and ukulele) and Classical instruments (Violin, Piano & Guitar) as well as musical theatre, jazz and street dance. We offer a programme of contemporary theory and also the world’s first graded Music Production syllabus.RSL has major initiatives in China, India, Malaysia, Australia, United States & Central America and Mainland Europe. A 40 strong head office in London and a team of approximately 150 examiners, assessors and moderators support our global operations.
