I lead the Office Solutions Business Group and am responsible for all sales organizations for Ricoh in the Americas. With 25 years of industry experience, I’ve built high-performing, results-orientated organizations. I drive a strong sales organization within Ricoh to further grow our market-leading position while delivering unique services-led value to customers in the U.S., Canada and Latin America.Most recently, I served as President and Chief Executive Officer, Ricoh Latin America. After 20+ years at Ricoh, I was commissioned to lead the company's Latin America division, overseeing the operations and performance of 12 direct subsidiaries, 53 branches, 35 distributors, over 750 dealers, and 2 distribution centers in South America, Central America, Mexico, and the Caribbean. Working in emerging markets and complex business environments was a rewarding challenge, requiring constant changes, leadership and a clear vision.I began my career with Ricoh as a sales representative, and have also served as General Manager in several Latin American countries, Director, and Regional Vice President for a range of divisions in the U.S. before becoming President and CEO of Ricoh Latin America and Executive Vice President, Office Solutions, Ricoh Americas. I believe that strategic planning, strong partnerships, and investing in people development strategies are essential to business growth. Developing and mentoring professionals from diverse backgrounds within the company is an investment that will continue to provide the return on investment expected by our stakeholders. I’m a proud alum of the University of South Florida with a bachelor’s degree in marketing, and am fluent in both English and Spanish.
