Working in emerging markets and complex business environments was a rewarding challenge, requiring constant changes, leadership and a clear vision.I began my career with Ricoh as a sales representative, and have also served as General Manager in several Latin American countries, Director, and Regional Vice President for a range of divisions in the U.S. before becoming President and CEO of Ricoh Latin America and Executive Vice President, Office Solutions, Ricoh Americas. I believe that strategic planning, strong partnerships, and investing in people development strategies are essential to business growth. Developing and mentoring professionals from diverse backgrounds within the company is an investment that will continue to provide the return on investment expected by our stakeholders. I’m a proud alum of the University of South Florida with a bachelor’s degree in marketing, and am fluent in both English and Spanish.
