In 2008 the first public transportation company launched an internet and digital signage solution backed by Butlernetworks mobile network. This formed a strategic change towards a focus at public transportation in Denmark and several contracts followed during the next 12 months. Project Director (2008-2009)Accepted to take overall responsibility for the delivery of the new mobile network rollout and take part in forming the new business strategy as part of top management. The new strategy required massive investments compared to the company turnover and required a sharp balance between project sales and investment, in order to reduce the need for external capital.Responsible for:• Member of top management.
