Started a Design Verification team for the Display & Optics organization within Reality Labs. Defined the team charter and goals through working with engineering design teams across Reality Labs to focus on areas of highest risk to creating high-quality displays.Built a team of 14 FTE and contract staff working across Silicon, EE, ME, Optical and FW verification of display modules, as well as design and development of mission-critical test tools. All test plans were developed from scratch by working with development partners and other verification teams adjacent to us to ensure the appropriate verification coverage.

Worked as a Design Verification engineer on Microsoft Surface products, including the lead DVE on Type Covers and Surface Pens as well as a subsystem lead for power, touchscreens and platform (OS) for larger products. Created and executed verification plans to cover mechanical, electrical, firmware, and software systems.
