As HR-consultant I took up projects for a wide variety of customers in both private and public sector. I recruited and selected candidates for mid- and high-level positions throughout Belgium. I advised employers as to the best strategy in order to recruit, select, train, ... their people.

In this capacity I assisted the company itself in all HR matters, such as selection and recruitment, but also as an advisor towards potential services, processes, and methods as part of the overal HR management.

Working at Carl Adams I concentrated on both recruitment and selection for a number of accounts in the private sector. I specialized in mid- and high-level assessments, and did a lot of work for industrial companies or engineering services providers.
