Product Manager of setting up the coming e-bike-sharing system in City of Stockholm on behalf of the operator, Citibike Global.

From the first meeting in 2012 until spring 2020 I have been involved in the Gobike project. When launched in 2014 the operation was run by my private company (already involved in the bike and rental industri), but due to fact that the Gobike financial supporters (i.e. banks) wanted this to be done in-house, I was instead hired as COO of Bikeshare Danmark - the company holding the contract with the municipalities. After the bankruptcy of Gobike, I continued with this role under the new owner (The Foundation founded by the municipallities), and got responsible for also IT, responsible for hardware (docks and bikes). I took over supporting our customers in Norway (Kolumbus) and Nederland (NuConnect). and cooperation with the municipalities of I have also been in charge of developing the new bike to be launched in 2020, and was the driving force for the cooperation with Sitael (now Vaimoo). I "invented" dropzones (i.e. hubs) before anyone else combining dock- and dockless-operation. The whole project have from day1 been under-financed, short of money and driven by genuine authentic entrepreneurship. In the first years that fueled us. I leave with a sense of "mission completed". The whole project is now 8 years old since the first powerpoint presentation was made - 8 years is more than a lifetime in the market of micromobility, equity and bikesharing. Its time to get involved with the future!
