Marketing and Sales for a start up company in the field of safety and protection. Business Development, negotiations, positioning of our products. Develepment of Marketing materials and communication.

We design, organize and run customer loyalty promotions for retailers like, for instance: Carrefour in Belgium, Ahold in Slovakia, or Tesco in Hungary. I explore and research new markets in Europe with the aim of expanding our customer base. I am also in charge of all operational aspects like implementation and launch of these promotions. The company develops, sells and runs customer loyalty programmes. I have explored and researched new markets in areas like Eastern Europe and South America. Subsequently, I approached potential clients, got initial appointments, took part in the first sales pitch and worked on the further development of a business relation.

The Trade Marketing Department develops and implements promotions and incentives for dealers in the Telecom industry. Trade Marketing also handles all operational matters regarding these promotions. The site in Holland is owned by the American multinational Flint ink corporation and it produces heatset inks for worldwide export. My main tasks included managing Customer Services Department, Transport and the Warehouse. It was my responsibility to introduce and meet Service Level Agreements. TCC is a global operating company that develops and sells customer loyalty programmes to supermarkets and petrol stations. These programmes are sold and handled like “turn-key projects”. My position consisted off setting up, launching and managing customer loyalty programmes with clients in Europe, Israel and South America. I have managed several projects in a very profitable way which gave TCC the opportunity to further develop the Mexican and Argentinean markets. I was replacing the Logistics Manager. As an ISO team member, I was responsible for our ISO certification and implementation. www.contco.com

Van Son produces mainly high quality Offset inks for small presses and is very successful on the American market with a local site. It was my job to co-ordinate the international logistics, arrange export procedures for more than 90 countries, negotiate with transport companies, order fulfillment, and to support our local dealers.
