I have over twenty years’ expertise in the measurement, education and linkage between culture, engagement and business performance. I have built organisational development, learning and development, cultural change and service strategies within the private, public, and third sectors.I use this experience to measure, challenge and develop the skills, knowledge and behaviour of managers, leaders and organisations to create conversation, build trust and drive engagement and change. I was instrumental to the introduction and rise of employee engagement in the UK. Project managing the programme that was nationally recognised as being the first large-scale employee engagement programme in Europe in 1998, and the award winning programme that proved the link between employee engagement and business performance for the first time in Europe in 2002, repeating this many times since. As the owner of Loving Monday I now use this unrivalled insight and experience to support individuals and organisations develop the skills, knowledge and confidence to take the ’employee’ out and put the ‘person’ back in. Helping them to understand that to truly engage others our focus should be on ‘being’ engaging and not simply ‘doing’ engagement. Specialties: Employee Engagement, Organisational Culture, Communication, Organisational Development, Management Development, Leadership Behaviour, Executive Coaching and Mentoring, MBTI, FIRO, VoicePrint and The Emotional Culture Deck
