Traded from warehouse premises and transitioned to drop-shipping arrangement with a supplier.  Self-funded the expansion of the business, orchestrated operations of the party shop that successfully achieved Bricks & Mortar store demands and continued to achieve growth within retail sector.  Generated turnover averaging from £250K to £300K, YOY growth of 8-12% over the last three years, and Gross Profit Margin of 50%. Expanded portfolio of products and services by introducing new lines and skilfully restructuring underperforming offerings. Enhanced organisation’s online presence through website management and improvements, increasing traffic by over 20% in the last 12 months through implementation of customer engagement strategies via social media.  Forged and cultivated productive relationships with team members as well as suppliers establishing collaborative work platforms while negotiating discounts and incentives.

Established this business in 1992 and sold it as a going concern in 2010 while still maintaining the Party Shop business.
