1.Lead ereader/echo show product development as team lead in Product Integrity;2.Responsible for the Amazon hardware reliability methodology development at device level and display module level, lead and scope out NTI/NPI at both device/module level for risk assessment, product design and root cause analysis;3.Responsible for the E-reader, Echo Show, etc product line product design/reliability evaluation and improvement at both device/module level. Successfully reduced the E-reader ARR from 0.5% to 0.2% by improving the mechanical properties of TFT;4.Closely work with design team to gate the design selections from reliability perspective;5.Closely work with CM/JDM such as Foxconn/Huaqin/Compal to help them establish Amazon-standard test and improve the manufacturing process to enhance the consumer electrics reliability;6.DFMEA, test method and spec development from up stream to down stream supply chain;7.Risk assessment of device field performance based on life distribution and degradation model;8.Drive the reliability failure analysis with cross-functional team;9.Standardize test protocols, transfer the new test method and spec to overseas manufacture sites for large scale reliability tests.

1.Lead B/W EPD development from initial concept to final mass production. Successfully helped Eink occupy over 99% of global E-reader display module market and generated revenue by 11M US dollar per year for Eink since 2019; 2.Lead color EPD development, optimized the optical/electric performance of color EPD module, successfully launched 3/4 color EPD and helped Eink occupy 95% electronic shelf label (ESL) display module market, generating 50M US dollar revenue per year for Eink since 2021 (over 50% annual growth);3.Lead sealing materials development for ACeP(advanced color epaper). Successfully increased the driving speed from 10s to less than 1s, which will potentially generate 1B US dollar revenue for Eink in the color E-reader and signage applications in 2025;4.Study, identify and evaluate new materials and new formulation for different applications including electronic paper display, anti-counterfeit, drug delivery, screen privacy filters, etc;5.Develop and establish novel physical & chemical material characterization methods and test equipment to correlate the materials properties with product optical performance and provide guideline for materials selection and product design;6.Conduct Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), design and conduct multi-factor DOE, establish complex modeling and accomplish engineering change on existing products to solve current issues and improve the product reliability;7.Conduct Root Cause Analysis and closely work with vendor partners to validate and improve the product reliability based on Physics of Failure;8.Closely work with business development unit to develop new technology concepts, build prototypes, demonstrate technical proof of concept by establishing structure-process-property relationships, and generate recommendations for product commercialization;9.Technical engagement with suppliers to establish specifications and drive development of new materials.
