My professional experience commenced over 30 years ago, upon obtaining an Associates Degree in Mechanical Engineering Design Technology. Since that time I've managed a multitude of projects in a range of areas, with manpower cover anything from smaller crews of 4-6 people to projects with manpower in excess of 200. The projects all have had a focus on the utility sized electrical generation field - from work in coal fired generation facilities to commercial grade wind power electrical generation. These projects have included not only the electrical construction aspect, but civil infrastructure and wind tower erection as well. My history includes strong credentials and a proven history of on-time, on-budget and high-quality project completions. To obtain that level of success requires extremely strong communication skills - both written and verbal. It also requires the development of a large number of written reports, budgets, performance reviews, planning, and operation and maintenance manuals - to mention a few - each custom tailored to a specific audience.Furthermore, it necessitates the capability to control the budget, time, materials, and equipment of varied resources - both internal and external - to have success. Naturally next to safety, the most significant aspect to manage is the Client and ensuring their complete satisfaction of all deliverables.
