With a career spanning 30 years in business and organisational change in fast moving technology environments, I am passionate about ensuring that the needs of stakeholder communities are understood and met to ensure success. Equally, there is often resistance to change owing to lack of understanding, fear, and perceived threat. Using stakeholder inquiry, coaching and facilitation, I help businesses support their workforce in becoming more resilient and resourceful by addressing beliefs that limit their ability to respond to change.On a personal level, I love to see children thrive in their learning environment. As past-Chair of Governors for Invicta Primary School, I oversaw a major expansion and rebuild, providing a fantastic learning environment for generations to come.
