I was the National Director of Sales & Marketing during a transitional year for this company before this specialized charting division of the company was sold.

Louie & Mousie's Ice Cream, previously located on the corner of 5th and Island in the heart of the Gaslamp District, was a mom-and-pop retail ice cream business developed by a Wharton School of Business graduate and later sold to me in 1998. It specialized in making homemade ice cream, sorbet and ice cream pies. Largely a retail ice cream store, we also had a growing number of commercial restaurant and hotel accounts. As a young and brand new retail business owner, Louie & Mousie's was severely underfunded and struggled to make due with antiquated equipment. During the 9 short months of my ownership, Louie & Mousie's maintained amazing employees including Oscar, Katrina and Amber and a close working relationship with its new neighbor Ceasar's Cigars which later became the retail tenant of this large corner storefront space.

Automated Healthcare (a Pittsburgh based company) was the inventor of an automated bar code based "RxBot" solution in central pharmacies for stocking patient med bins to be delivered to patient rooms. This robotic solution decreased patient med errors and created greater central pharmacy efficiencies with lower costs via fewer FTEs. AUtomated Healthcare was sold to McKesson Pharmaceuticals in 1998.
