CurrentActively collaborate with university partnership academic communities to plan, design, and develop online and hybrid courses crafting learning modules, objects, materials, and both asynchronous and synchronous learning activities for a diverse array of adult learners.Developing and launching dozens of online and hybrid courses using HTML, CSS, JS, and educational authoring tools across multiple LMS platforms amongst diverse university partner disciplines. Creating and integrating hundreds of pieces of multimedia content, including video, dynamic interactives, images, and assessments compliant with accessibility best practices.Working to ensure all EIM and university partner contents are delivered in adherence to WCAG standards, including color contrast, alt text, and keyboard navigation, tags, semantic HTML, and screen-reader-friendly navigation to optimize usability for all learners. Testing and utilizing AI-driven tools to generate accurate captions and transcriptions, improving content accessibility for deaf and hard-of-hearing students. Trained faculty on universal design principles and accessible content creation and fostering inclusivity in online learning environments.Helping contribute to and maintain the structure of instructional content within the EIM Open Education Repository, Learning Object Repository, and content management systems, ensuring proper sharing permissions and content cataloging.Part of the team creating EIM's accredited Hybrid Learning Certification courses with Academic Officers, Educational Directors, and SMEs for employees and partner clients to develop and enhance teaching in an online-first environment.
