I find this a wonderful job since this always gives the occasion to meet people with a profound interest for personal development of themselves and others, and moreover, it gets me traveling the world !

From business development to startup and delivery, highlights were a.o. :AXA Belgium, for their call center defining, setting up and coordinating a project on Competency Framework, and multimedia training ; the latter being designed and developed by my team members (remember, it were the very first years of Dreamweaver :D )Nice to know : we gained worldwide recognition within AXA, resulting in nomination of the "Most Innovative Project" !"eEurope Takes Off" book report : an internal Accenture (then still called Andersen Consulting) project on European level for worldwide distribution to C-level directors ; my role was the coordination, write up and worldwide publication of an eCommerce study with real cases worldwide, ranging from startups to launched ventures, with or without major successElectrabel Wallonia and Flanders, ensuring all related parties in the SAP project received the needed training and communication for a successful roll out of this new modular system.
