    I am globally responsible for leading the indirect Procurement organization, Procurement Excellence and Sustainable Procurement. Together with my team I ensure that the organizations needs related to indirect procurement are met as efficiently and cost effectively as possible thorough category management. I am overall responsible for internal procedures and processes in the Global procurement community (both indirect and direct procurement). Establish and deploy strategic direction for indirect procurement organization is something that I am passionate about and it is an natural part of this role. Coaching, leading and support my team members to maximize performance, motivation and personal development are strong drivers for me. My direct reports are located in Sweden, Germany and Malaysia. Besides this I work closely with the indirect procurement teams in the manufacturing sites that belongs to business areas, and have a different organization structure. In this role I report directly to CFO and I am part of the CFO Leadership team.

    This role gave me the opportunity to work focused on taking Global Procurement department to next level in maturity with focus on processes, implementation of smart tools etc. I took on the challenge to create and implement new policy, procedures and work instructions for Procurement function which all were successfully launched and rolled out globally during 2018. I am also representing Procurement in MDR project and ensuring that procurement fulfills the new requirements that MDR comes with. Creating a strategy for procurement department was also one of the areas that was rewarding to work with. Development and implementation of a spend tool together with IT is one of my career mile stones, a huge success for procurement department (and others), this tool has enabled smarter and more efficient ways of working in procurement. Besides the strategic sourcing tasks I got the opportunity to manage the Wound Care procurement team from August 2018. The team consisted of factory purchase managers located in USA, Finland and UK. From November 2018 my role expanded further when I got the fantastic opportunity to toke on the role as Integration manager for a Danish Nonwoven company, M&J Airlaid A/S that Mölnlycke acquired Jan 2, 2019. The Integration manager role gave me great opportunity to continue to grow myself. The task to integrate M&J Airlaid into Mölnlycke was a success and we were rewarded by Mölnlycke Executive team with: Best Teamwork 2019. Something that I am very proud and honored of.

    I was heading a global team of Factory Purchase Managers who at that time were located in Thailand, Belgium and Poland. Our main mission was to ensure that the factories get the right supply of raw materials needed to produce drapes and staff clothing. We developed strategies on how to move forward and meet requirements from the organization (mainly R&D and marketing) and external parties. Innovation is key for Mölnlycke Health Care, and we made sure that our supplier base is the correct one in order to meet the innovation requirements. I was involved in several development projects, representing procurement. Besides this, cost is in focus and we continuously worked on how to challenge our supplier base and our internal stakeholders to find the best cost for materials and products. The team members were also category managers, i.e. are also responsible for main raw material categories. The factory purchase managers reports besides to me also to the management teams in the factories. I did also beside the management position continue to have the role as Strategic category manager with global procurement responsibility for Nonwoven category

As a category manager I worked proactively to manage my supplier portfolio and set the strategy for the development of each supplier. In the category team, I worked cross functionally together with material/product developers in R&D and marketing. I was also in close contact with the material planning and quality functions at the production sites worldwide. In my job I got the great opportunity to meet with different cultures, both challenging and enriching. This has enabled me to grow on a personal level during my years at MHC
