I have a long-term focus on marketing and brand support for B2B solutions for securing electronic payments, digital and banking identities in mobile applications, portals and services, which are trusted and used daily by more than 5.5 million clients of Czech financial institutions, including Erste, KBC, VIG and PPF.My role is to design and implement complete B2B marketing strategies. From planning activities to their evaluation. I work intensively with existing clients such as banks, financial sector and insurance companies. At the same time, I am part of the business development team responsible for acquiring new customers in domestic and international markets. In response and the needs of our customers and the market, I work closely with the sales and project team to develop new products and features. Together we create B2B marketing and communication strategies for new and existing customers and products. I prepare and execute communications, promotional materials, attend international events and presentations to launch new products, features and innovations. One part of my job is to promote new products. From the selection of the go-to-market strategy, complete preparation and implementation. These were products, services and features that are used by millions of users, such as BankID, the Cvak payment system (AirBank) or the use of QR codes in bank login scenarios. I am constantly evaluating, analysing and looking for new ways to make marketing communications more effective to new and existing customers.Together with my colleagues from the sales team, I am one of the faces of our products towards customers on social media, in the PR space, personal meetings, conferences, trade fairs and other events.
