As Orange County Community Organizer I worked to develop and manage the community outreach efforts of our affiliate's advocacy and political arm in order to build, engage, and mobilize local supporters. By planning and executing advocacy events, campaigns, and complex projects I led and sustained engagement for over 400 advocates in Orange County, strategically growing our active advocate base. I also supported with developing high quality digital content including compelling supporter emails to drive conversions, visually appealing digital and print materials for events, and creative slide decks for stakeholder presentations. Lastly, I managed digital organizing tools and resources in EveryAction to build online forms, send targeted emails, and pull supporter data for reporting. I continue to serve as EveryAction Affiliate Data Manager, supervising all PPOSBC supporter data handling across departments to ensure compliance with C3-C4 guidelines and our National Office's best practices.

Santa Barbara, California Area

From September 2021- June 2022 I was the Co-Director of SRJ. I lead our 12 person board in planning and executing all of our campaigns, projects, distribution of free reproductive health resources, and lobbying efforts. I was responsible for developing our long term strategies as an organization as well as overseeing the planning and execution of all of our projects and lobbying efforts. I was invited by Planned Parenthood Central Coast to speak at their “Rally For Roe” in December 2021 to a crowd of 100+ on the harms of crisis pregnancy centers alongside Santa Barbara Mayor Cathy Murillo and California Senator Monique Limón. I cultivated partnerships with national, state-level, local, and campus organizations to build collective power and action around reproductive justice issues. I also played a critical role in securing $8000 worth of funding at the UCSB Student Health Center for our Reproductive Justice Fund to cover reproductive healthcare for students at no cost to them, which later grew to $24,000 upon receiving additional funding.

Isla Vista Trading Post (IVTP) is a student run organization that provides a sustainable alternative to fast fashion by collecting clothing donations from UCSB students and others living in Isla Vista and distributing them for free at our events and to the houseless community of Isla Vista. The aim of our organization is to reduce the amount of clothing sent to landfills and to eliminate the stigma surrounding secondhand clothing. As the Treasurer I managed the financial affairs of the organization, including budgeting and financial planning. I oversaw the IVTP bank account and managed all reimbursements to IVTP members for IVTP related expenses. I also secured us funding from relevant grants and other funding sources both on and off campus.

Students Against Sexual Assault is a non-profit organization dedicated to the elimination of sexual assault and sexual harassment on the University of California, Santa Barbara, University of California, Santa Cruz, and the Santa Barbara City College campuses and their surrounding communities. Members of SASA aim to create sustainable and effective resources for survivors of sexual violence. We are dedicated to the study and exposure of sexual assault and harassment while also recognizing the systemic flaws in the institutions which do not effectively address the needs of survivors. SASA is committed to accomplishing these goals through meticulous and practical planning, community organizing, coalition building, and lobbying with the purpose of eliciting change in our fight against factors associated with sexual assault on our community members.As the Publicity Director of SASA I create content for and manage SASA's Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook, create and distribute flyers and all other advertisement materials to promote events, and hold recruitment events to get more people involved with our organization.In 1 month I singlehandedly grew our Instagram following by over 500%; I have significantly grew our followings on Twitter and Facebook as well.

As Social Media Director I focused on growing Gauchos 4 Transparency's social media following by strategically creating content and engaging with our target audience on different social media platforms. I shared information to the student body and general public about our movement and campaign goals in order to gather more momentum, support, and aid. I also took a high-level view of G4T's social media and was responsible for setting the strategy utilized by the rest of the social media team.

In 1 month I singlehandedly grew our Instagram following by 300%.I also helped plan and execute numerous events on campus and publicized these events to the UCSB student body.

The Feminist Majority Foundation (FMF) is a national nonprofit organization dedicated to women's equality, reproductive health, and non-violence. In all spheres, FMF utilizes research and action to empower women economically, socially, and politically.As a Digital Organizing Intern I created and tracked social media content, flyers, and other written copy on a variety of feminist issues (reproductive rights, climate change, immigration, and more) used across the country in mobilizing efforts as part of the Feminist Majority Foundation National Team. I also assisted in organizing teams for get out the vote efforts on various Colorado college campuses and monitored political discourse related to the 2020 election in Colorado and across the country.

ReflectUS is a nonprofit organization that works to increase the number of women in public office and achieve equal representation across the racial, ethnic, and geographic spectrum. As a Communications Intern I created graphics for ReflectUS' social media, researched and wrote various issue briefs related to women in politics, and created a master communications contact list.My favorite and largest project involved interviewing various women that run major national organizations that work to get more women in public office, as well as various other women in or running for public office across the U.S. about the impact of COVID-19 on their work. I then wrote several profiles on some of these women for ReflectUS's website.

Pionero Philanthropy is a nonprofit organization that connects donors with outstanding causes in Latin America in order to implement exceptional and effective philanthropic programs. In my role as a Data Management Intern, I conducted comprehensive research to gather pertinent data on various non-profits and NGOs in Guatemala. Simultaneously, I meticulously reviewed and validated existing data within Pionero's database, ensuring its accuracy and reliability.
