-Initiated the start and data gathering of the moisture analysis project. The data collected was used to start the reduction of the washing procedure. -Coordinated schedules of multiple employees across different departments in order to help sieve large batches of cellulose to meet a high production demand.-Helped start the fiber scrap reduction project. This project was created with the goal to reduce the amount of money scrapped by the department each time a fiber falls below usage.-Initiated the rapid improvement process for the FOIL department storage reorganization-Use the QCBD system to log nonconforming material regulations. The creation of the initial and final dispositions, assignment of appropriate SMEs, and proper routing for closure. -Use the QCBD system to initiate raw material qualifications. Including the completion of initial paperwork, tracking of the material and material analysis, collection of all required documentation, and proper closure of the qualification based upon pass or fail status. -Make solutions and products following proper DHR procedures for CCA cassette production and Lyte 4 catalyst slide production. -The designated trainer within the solutions department.-Create training documents and training plans for new hires.-Support the Lyte 4, CCA, and cellulose labs with any problems or tasks.-Work with fellow coworkers to most efficiently plan out tasks to be accomplished by their predicted usage date, and delegate tasks appropriately to best fit demand.-Create small scales batches of solutions for data analysis to best predict the ratio of components within the solution that will most appropriately fit our needs.-Use and complete scrap forms, material movement forms, and cycle counts to ensure accurate counts of chemicals and supplies. -Starting change orders on documents that have found to be lacking vital information or containing outdated procedures.-Completed lean/6S training -Waste management and safety certified
