As Postsecondary Director for North Carolina, I manage the Postsecondary Division, along with marketing, membership, program development, conference planning, and finances for SkillsUSA North Carolina, which includes both high school and postsecondary divisions.

I managed two key projects at Pentair:1) Lead and managed a "Green" Study of Pentair. This included:A) Evaluating and suggesting methods of implementing green technology into current product lines. Followed by performing a cost and implementation analysis of these methods.B) Evaluating and suggesting methods of making the Pentair plant and office more energy and cost efficient. 2) Lead market research campaign and created a database to assist with customer data collection and future marketing efforts.
