-Assist the president as may deemed appropriate-Supervise the functioning of all committees under my responsibility-Started a Junior IFC Board to get young leaders more involved on campus and in our community

-Responsible for overseeing the chapter, positions, and chairs. Ensuring things are running smoothly-Acting as Cheif Executive managing chapter expenses, and events-Enforcing the Chapter bylaws to all chapter members

-Managed and Assisted in the Construction of family homes ranging from the high 300's to the low 900 thousand range. -Made sure work was being completed with great quality but in a timely fashion-Micro-managed trades and held them accountable for their work.

Consistently had 6-8 clients weekly/bi-weekly, Provided a variety of services for clients including yard work, moving furniture, and power washing driveways/decks.

-Graded the land of 5 to 10 million dollar projects-Assisted in the office work that make these projects continue to operate smoothly
