- Develop and update training programs across all departments, including creating job aids, establishing SOPs, and ensuring compliance in collaboration with HR by market. Build engaging training materials using evolving technologies, such as AI, video tutorials, and reels, to modernize the learning experience for all positions.- Manage training program rollouts through structured content, assessments, and compliance sign-offs, leveraging the LMS (Paylocity) and project management tools (Asana). Provide on site support to teams when rolling out new restaurant initiatives like installation of new POS/KDS Systems (Toast), Inventory systems (MarginEdge) and brand activations with strategic partnerships.- Leadership Development and overseeing the MIT (Manager in Training) program, ensuring comprehensive checklists, foundational materials, and reference guides are implemented, with a focus on efficient administration and compliance. Lead “Train the Trainer” initiatives, ensuring consistent, scalable practices for both in-house and traveling trainers. Develop clear NRO (New Restaurant Opening) critical paths using project management tools.
