Daniel F. Pfarr joined 180 Degrees as President/CEO in September 2015. 180 Degrees is a multi-cultural organization which provides comprehensive, culturally specific services that empower our clients to improve their lives by making positive choices resulting in healthier individuals, stronger families and safer communities. Previously Pfarr served as Executive Director at The Bridge for Youth, a program for runaway and homeless youth. The Bridge serves over a thousand youth (ages 10-20) and their families each year, offering a continuum of services from street outreach to homeless youth, short-term emergency shelter, housing skills and career development, and transitional and permanent supportive housing.Pfarr was formerly Associate Director of Bolder Options, a youth mentoring program in Minneapolis where he helped raise over two million dollars in federal grant and private foundation support for the organization and has also coordinated the agency's strategic plan, program evaluation and development activities.
