CurrentGreet, escort, and supervise elementary, high school & transition students individually and in small groups in/out of general education to aid them in accessing Individualized Education Plan (IEP) servicesEstablish a clinical learning environment conducive to virtual speech sessions for students with various disorders, including Autism Spectrum Disorder, social emotional disorders, ADHD, intellectual disabilities, etc.Collaborate with School Psychologist and Speech Language-Pathologist (SLP) to manage maladaptive behaviors.Create hands-on activities and programming to align with key objectives to enhance student communication skills.Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, record-keeping, filing, and logistical coordination.Schedule and coordinate IEP meetings to facilitate the participation of all IEP team members, students, and parents.Provide Spanish translation services with students and parents to counsel and provide education about speech therapy services.Train students on various forms of Augmentative Alternative Communication (AAC) to improve functional communication and access to the curriculum.
