I'm Paola Gallardo, a first-generation Latina with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Marketing at the C. T. Bauer College of Business, University of Houston.I interned at Deloitte as an Engagement Financial Advisor Intern in the summer of 2023, diving into the intricacies of financial management and project optimization, igniting my passion for the business world. During my time in college, I've held significant leadership roles, serving as the Membership Director for the Hispanic Business Student Association and as the Student Chapter Leader for the Association of Latino Professionals for America.
