CurrentManages multiple active litigation cases (Special Education Due Process - Office of Administrative Hearings) by tracking tight timelines, preparing and filing motions, notices, and pleadings, coordinating discovery, collecting and organizing large volumes of native data and documentation, preparing for hearing, and communicating with clients and external agencies to ensure all deadlines are met. Calendars, tracks, and collects data to help our clients timely respond to Public Records Requests (FOIA), subpoenas, and Student Education Records Requests (FERPA).Provides support to attorneys conducting Title IX Investigations by attending interviews, taking notes, compiling evidence, and drafting summaries and reports.Generates charts to help our clients adhere to Settlement Agreements for Special Education Litigation matters.Reviews contracts received by vendors in response to our clients' RFPs to ensure compliance. Supports attorneys in their preparation for speaking engagements.Provides ongoing operational support by streamlining existing processes and troubleshooting technology issues for colleagues.Serves on the Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Committee, as well as the Technology Committee and Litigation Technology Committee.
