Managed supply and distribution of $36 million munitions program consisting of seven accounts across the U.S. and 24 South American, Central American, and Caribbean countries. Served as my organization’s principal advisor during the planning, coordination, and execution of all munitions related operations and liaised with internal and external agencies to meet organizational goals. Oversaw employee training, organizational and government compliance programs, and the daily activities of 13 Logistics Planners. Created ammunition management Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and administered a Quarterly Staff Assisted Visit (SAV) program to identify and correct program deficiencies across all ammunition logistics departments. Earned a 100% “Commendable” 1st Special Forces Command Organizational Inspection Program (OIP) rating, three consecutive years (2020, 2021, & 2022).

4Th Combat Aviation Brigade, Fort Carson, Colorado, United States

Managed a $28 million munitions program consisting of four accounts, directed daily activities of 10 Ammunition Logistics Planners, and simultaneously operated as my organization’s Transportation Manager. Led renovation efforts of a munitions storage facility in Illesheim, Germany that was non-operational for 10+ years to provide our organization local storage capability to reduce customer commute times during each resupply by six hours. Utilized automated systems to coordinate the movement of 6,700 personnel, 1,600 pieces of equipment, and 90 rotary wing aircraft from Fort Carson, CO to seven different European countries. Oversaw 94 major supply movements, 123 line haul operations, and 35 convoys across 11 European borders while located in Germany.

3Rd Armored Brigade Combat Team, Fort Bliss, Texas, United States

Oversaw a $34 million munitions program consisting of three accounts, directly supervised 14 personnel, and managed eight Ammunition Logistics Planners. Directed ammunition distribution from Kuwait to Qatar, United Arab Emirates, Oman, Turkey, Jordan, Syria, Iraq, and Afghanistan. Created an Ammunition Transportation & Shipping Manual that provided step-by-step guidance on moving ammunition within the Middle East region preventing our organization from experiencing what United States Army Central (USARCENT) identified as the biggest problem for previous organizations operating in Kuwait. Completed 28 large scale munitions movements with 100% on time delivery rate and zero transportation safety or security issues.

1St Maintenance Squadron, Joint Base Langley-Eustis, Va

Supervised the upkeep of a $55M missile stockpile and validated missile status inputs of 2.4K line items via the Tactical Missile Records System (TMRS). Trained 21 technicians and directed routine maintenance on 139 pieces of operational and contingency missile support equipment valued at $2.4M. Personally managed six programs earning a perfect rating during the 2011 Unit Compliance Inspection (UCI). Led the assembly and inspection of 216 missiles for 2012 Operational Readiness Inspection (ORI) earning two “Outstanding” ratings; recognized as ORI Superior performer. Revamped shop safety program resulting in zero findings during Staff Assistance Visit (SAV) inspections.
