Over the past six years, I have worked in various facets of the title insurance industry as part of a fast growing company. As a Client Relations and then Client Resolution Specialist, I handled everything from running quotes and completing cost comparisons at the beginning of the process, to recording and vesting issues sometimes years after a transaction was completed. During this time I acquired a great deal of title and escrow knowledge as well as strong communication abilities. In 2015 I transitioned to a new team dedicated to reviewing and coaching team members on their communication abilities, and in 2016 became leader of one of these new teams. During 2017 I was a part of two complete revamps of our process to make us more effective, the second revamp being completed in just a few months.
