Kicked off active and successful engagement in Web Standards and Browser contributions resulting in Adobe's recognition as a leader in HTML5.* Led product development for first release of Adobe's Creative Cloud with a key focus on tool+service workflows with new offerings such as Muse & Business Catalyst.* Identified, built and launched several new products Including Adobe Muse, Edge Animate & Adobe Ideas. Acquired Business Catalyst to provide turn-key online business functionality for Muse and Dreamweaver users.* Represented Adobe at multiple tech conferences as well as with the press and financial analyst communities.

During my tenure, I ran engineering for multiple product lines including Dreamweaver, Flash Professional & FlexBuilder 1.0.* Drove all aspects of engineering with responsibility for Development and QA.* Built high performing teams across multiple locations worldwide. * Instituted multiple processes (e.g. use of UML, Sync Dev, Quality board Reviews) for maximum effectiveness.* Actively engaged in defining feature set as well as full responsibility for execution.* Successfully integrated CyberSage technology into Flash Pro MX 2004.
