Brand Jillian (a perfume brand)- Control and manage sales performance on online platforms of the company: website, ecommerce platforms Tiki, Shopee,... and create sales plan and campaign to boost revenue- Work with partners such as Grab, Momo, VnPay, VinID,...to make co-branding and partnership campaigns- Work with agencies to diversify sale channels: KOLs & Chatbot (Ecomobi), Influencers (REVU), Email Marketing (MailChimp),....- Analyse sales data to optimize the business and obtain insights of the customers for the company

- Plan, execute and control all campaigns on CRM channels (Email, Web & App Push Notifications, SMS) to boost sales.- Work with partners and BI team to build up automation flows for CRM platforms and get helpful insights for the business.- Doing researches and analysis to optimize channels and catch up with the newest trends to enhance effectiveness.

- Manage and make communication plans for social media platforms of Adayroi (facebook, instagram, youtube) in close collaboration with campaign team.- Directly create content and design for posts on those platforms.

- In charge of boosting sales for courses with telesale team- Work with marketing team and product team to manage and create content on Facebook fanpage
