• Responsible for Quality, Cost, Delivery of Embedded, Mobile and Automotive projects with Korean customers. • Design architecture for Automotive (GENIVI, Android-based) and Camera systems (Android-based) and control the development progress.• Focus domain: Automotive Software, Embedded and Mobile Systems (especially Android).• Project team size range from 30~60 engineers.

• Build up and manage a Business Unit (BU), size of 40~50 staffs, developing Automotive software (Audio-Video-Navigation, Cluster) for Korean OEM and Camera system for Japanese manufacturer. • Responsible for the operation management (resource, schedule, quality, customer engagement...)• Responsible for the key metrics of BU (growth, effort efficiency, quality, progress, cost, human resource...)

• Manage projects to develop Car Infotainment software for Korean customer.Join in software architecture design and the development progress.• Team size: 30~50 members• Programming language C++, OS Linux, platform Qt, Genivi• Achievement: The car system was deployed and released in the market successfully. It's become the reference model for many derived projects.
