_Run the category management of your assigned categories to maximize merchandise mix, sales and profit. Secure the categories are in line with the commercial calendar and follow up the execution of the commercial and sourcing calendar, work on buying plans to control and ensure that orders are shipped and delivered on promised dates while optimizing storage costs._Review weekly sales and identify any risk or opportunities, set up and maintain WS reports, trading reports and all other merchandise tasks like range analysis, sizing analysis, leaflet analysis._Manage deliver and take lead on the assigned product group to be delivered in the group KPI, Sales, Profit margin, Other Income, inventory._Propose new products which satisfy customer’s needs, company policy (ethics, etc.) and Vietnam regulations, provide maximized product description and customer benefits for all digital media.

As Merchandiser. Merchandising _Follow shipment calendar, make sure shipment arrive at warehouse on time, work with logistics team to deliver products to stores,_Issue POs and monitor production and delivery schedules from the factory to the local warehouse. _Control and work on master data, work with data specialist to upload new products, promotions, campaigns on system, POS, _Daily data analyze, review and report daily and monthly sale, BOH to Brand team, Ops team, make sure KPIs is on track, work closely with store team to support when needed (top up, rotate product from store to store), Organize and manage inventories.

. Business Development & Customer Service: _Working on daily process to ensure store hygiene, housekeeping and good application of marketing material are maintained_Work closely with Merchandise and VM Office team on sale floor layout for every single brand and category in store, planning on receive products from other stores, warehouse and display the product base on launching date if needed, review and feedback or get feedback on products, display to improve sell out result_Organize resolution of customer/employee complaints reported, either immediately or soon checking for solutions in accord with company policy and procedures, _Responsible on current internal processes and policy related to operations support, develop and enhance operational policies and procedures for loss prevention, store operations, inventory, stock take,_Responsible to ensure demand plan and inventory is aligned with sales plan for optimum inventory turns . Team Management: _Manage, training 25 store staffs to achieve work environment which supports and deliver store KPIs,_Recruitment of over 15 persons

_Directly manage and in charge for 90 adidas’s stores (South of Vietnam + Cambodia market) _Responsible for store’s atmosphere (graphics, product display, VM standard, lighting, smell, staff’s uniforms, music, etc…) _Review sale, products by division, gender to make sure the quantities match with store capacity (concept, fixtures, …), review and tracking campaign’s sale thru, advice and support on product display to push product sale thru more effective,_Support for answering, displaying, solving, providing VM tools, fixing suggestions, renovating fixture ... via image, email request from store's Supervisor or Store Manager._Cooperate with related teams, departments to drive brand performance (MKT, Operations, Franchises, Merchandise)_Guiding and report for more than 54 products Campaigns for ORT and franchise stores,_Collaborate with suppliers to graphics set up, Campaign tools supply and others in store communication tools,_Support Store team on VM knowledges throughout weekly checklist and quarterly VM Training (Basic and Advance)
