Play a key role as IT Business Analyst in 2 projects: Integrate ERP System to Oracle NetSuite; Customer Data Platform (CDP)Coordinator with business stakeholders and IT team to build CDP portal. The main goal is to leverage big data gathered from customer interactions and purchase behavior across all channels. This data will be used to segment customers and personalize the customer journey through targeted marketing, products, content, promotions- Create tasks, managed backlog, assigned tasks to development team (DBA, BE, FE, QC) in Jira- Track progress, risks, dependencies to ensure successful on-time delivery- Participate in workshops with external partners and internal stakeholders to gather requirements- Be a liaison between end-users, development team, and partners to align needs- Write the integration requirement document in Confluence- Using SQL to verify transformed data and reconcile data between systems

- Work closely with Product Owners, Engineers, and Customers to gather requirements and define product features and functionality.- Effective communication and collaboration is a key role. Have a proven track record of collaborating with UI/UX designers to ensure a seamless user experience and user interface design.- Conduct user research and feedback sessions to gain valuable insights into user behavior, preferences, and pain points, enabling to drive continuous product improvements that align with user needs and expectations.- Excellent in translating complex business requirements into clear and comprehensive user stories, use cases, UML and functional specifications- Conduct BI dashboard and reporting to high-level users. It involves translating complex data into meaningful insights and delivering actionable reports that enable informed decision-making- Manage the workload of the BA team and provide weekly and sprint reports to the product owner; Empower team members on SMART requirements and the business analysis process.
