Created Office Ideas, an assistive experience which intelligently offers relevant tools within Office to a person at key moments in a workflow, helping them become more effective and confident in their use of Office. Created telemetry platform to articulate the effectiveness of the Ideas feature and run effective experiments to increase usage of Ideas. Telemetry platform revealed that over 60% of people who tried Ideas found value in at least one of the suggestions offered. Created a machine learned model to intelligently rank the suggestions offered within Ideas and learn what suggestions are most relevant to a person in key moments within their workflow and increase the percentage of people who keep a suggestion offered when in Ideas.
