Responsible for developing and implementing full beverage programming for multiple outlets across the country. Creating cocktail menus, curating wine and beer selections, working with vendors to obtain best pricing and activations, building out OSE and smallware packages, constructing training material for team members and developing admin documents from COGS worksheets to order guides. Familiar with multiple POS systems and inventory technology including Craftable, Birchstreet, Toast, Aloha, SpotOn and more.
