Following internal reorganisations I am now looking for a permanent position or contract/consultancy work. I have a strong background in ERP and EDI and qualified as a Prince2 practitioner

Worked collaboratively with two major retailers on the implementation of their EDI change programs. Employed expertise and experience to help improve the robustness of the rollout program for one retailer, simplifying future phases. Worked closely with another as a selected partner in the pre-pilot stage to bring specifications in line with UK standards.

Selected for this role to improve the performance of the team and provide direction, following the departure of previous incumbent. Managed a Pan-European change of planning methodology project, coordinating the activities of 12 technical specialists, breaking down cultural barriers to form a strong team from a wide geographical spread that successfully.

Part of a cross functional business team, managing relationships with internal customers, suggesting process enhancement to IT systems and Sales and Marketing plans, enabling £4k cost savings p.a. Managed the design and implementation of a new product identification IT solution, attaining buy in from production managers in 6 separate factories. Delivered.
