The Global EverGreening Alliance works with, and through, its 100+ member organisations – and with governments and multi-lateral agencies – to implement massive land restoration programs. Responsibilities include: * Leading Program Implementation Team and overseeing the Alliance's global land restoration and carbon sequestration programs, ensuring quality, effectiveness, compliance and effective stakeholder management;* Contributing technical expertise and input to the $50M-$150M dollar contract negotiation with investors and leading contract negotiations with implementing consortium members;* Establishing and line managing the Regional Program Coordination Units in Africa (fully operational in 2023) and Asia (ongoing), including staff recruitment & onboarding, registration, office set-up, capacity building, mentoring and coaching;* Collaborating with various implementing actors on the ongoing implementation of programs, effectively resolving program management obstacles and problems, including program launch/inception and regional lesson learned events;* Currently managing the implementation of a multi country $89M land restoration and carbon sequestration programs;* Working cross-functionally to ensure streamlined processes; and* Providing technical expertise to and supporting business development opportunities, contributing practical implementation experience and lessons learned.
