For the past two decades I've been producing, writing, directing, editing, and working on all stages of video and audio production. These pieces have been displayed online, live broadcast tv, cable, and the stage. Everything from covering public town meetings to producing interstitials for Comedy Central, I've had my hand in a wide range of material. The through-line is that it always takes a certain patience, careful attention to detail, and the ability to move with the situation as opposed to against it. Our job is to attempt to control every aspect of what we're capturing on camera and the microphone. It's a tall task that nearly doesn't happen unless the people behind it dissolve their ego and have realistic expectations.
