This was my first full-time job, offering numerous exciting experiences at Hanoi Buffaloes, one of the first seven professional basketball teams in Vietnam. The work was particularly intense during the 6 months of the tournament season.Main responsibilities:- Planned and executed content for the team's social media channels and websites.- Managed social platforms as an admin: posted updates, administered community groups, responded to customer inquiries, and interacted with followers.- Collaborated with production teams on projects such as photoshoots and brand videos.Secondary responsibilities:- Supported as an account, working with sponsors on athlete management.- Organized events (games, fan meetings, etc.).- Provided logistical support for the team during provincial matches.

While working, I co-managed four classes with native teachers, including two special classes (Advanced Class and Remedial Class). I was rated as the most suitable TA by the teachers. I actively engaged with students during lessons, assigned and graded homework, and updated parents on their children's progress. I also conducted after-hours grammar sessions for students in need.
