Current• Oversees the operational and performance aspect of the San Jose Experience Center• Hired, trained and developed a high performing team that will sustain performance in 2018. using lead, coach and manage approach• Coach, develop and manage staff performance to meet or exceed all sales and service goals and objectives.• Directs and evaluates subordinates’ work, measures performance against goals; reviews efficiency and completeness of tasks; conducts performance reviews.• Foster a positive and engaging work environment for each team member by promoting skill development, coaching for improvement and growth, inspiring others through your words and actions, ensuring positive employee morale throughout and embracing our mission, vision and core values. • San Jose Branch finished 3 out of 4 quarters in 2017 as being top 3 of the credit union paired with a Low-risk audit.• Engaged with local business partners to participate in community and business development events.• Member of extended leadership panel for the region.• Distribute all pertinent information to management and staff through preparing, conducting, and attending meetings.• Attends and participates in periodic management and committee meetings. • Coaches and supports the credit union’s vision and philosophy and actively participates in training sessions and special promotions.• Stays informed on credit union products, services, procedures, new developments, and knowledge of the competition and their products.• Interacts professionally with senior management, department managers, and other staff within the credit union.• Employee Volunteer Council Member in the Mountain View Corporate Area!• Maintains operation in the branch such as maintaining branch cash limits at optimum levels, overseeing vault/TCD/GL balancing, and ensuring completion of Daily Accounting Report.• Monitor daily branch balancing, general ledger accounts and branch reports/accounts for accuracy and audit conformity.
