Current- Oversees the operational and performance aspect of the San Jose Experience Center
- Hired, trained and developed a high performing team that will sustain performance in 2018. using lead, coach and manage approach
- Coach, develop and manage staff performance to meet or exceed all sales and service goals and objectives.
- Directs and evaluates subordinates’ work, measures performance against goals; reviews efficiency and completeness of tasks; conducts performance reviews.
- Foster a positive and engaging work environment for each team member by promoting skill development, coaching for improvement and growth, inspiring others through your words and actions, ensuring positive employee.
- San Jose Branch finished 3 out of 4 quarters in 2017 as being top 3 of the credit union paired with a Low-risk audit.
