Paul is a Real Estate Investment Sales Associate with Marcus & Millichap in the Oakland, California office. He is focused on the Contra Costa, Alameda,and Solano counties helping investors buy, sell, and refinance commercial residential real estate. Prior to being recruited by Marcus & Millichap, Paul was a Investment Analyst and then Investment Associate with The Pinza Group in Walnut Creek. In 2018 Paul earned his real estate broker's license. Paul has invested in real estate starting more than 20 years ago with condominium rentals and in a family partnership with apartment buildings in New Jersey. He has experience managing those apartment buildings since taking over from his father. Paul was formerly a Senior IT Executive with experience building highly effective teams, establishing repeatable IT business practices, delivering company-wide systems, and managing costs. Well versed in all aspects of technology management in corporate and small business environments.
