Employing a client-centric and comprehensive planning approach, Phil develops documented strategies that provide clear guidance to high net worth individuals, particularly commercial and agricultural business owners, in various areas such as advanced tax, estate, and wealth protection. Throughout this process, Phil may collaborate with the Owners tax and legal professionals regarding other opportunities; business structure, establishment of corporations, holding companies, and trusts. Notably, as a non-licensed and non-sales commission role, the Libro Wealth Planner ensures the absence of any perceived bias by the Owner in the planning recommendations.Phil's educational and professional qualifications comprise an Economics Degree from the University of Western Ontario, as well as Diplomas in Finance and Insurance from Fanshawe College in London, Ontario. He is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER professional and a member of STEP Canada, having acquired the Trust and Estate Practitioner designation. Additionally, Phil holds the Certified International Wealth Manager, Financial Management Advisor, Canadian Investment Manager, and Fellow of the Canadian Securities Institute designations.
