 I began as an entry level programmer and quickly began taking on additional responsibilities in pc hardware and software installation, documentation, network administration, systems analysis, data administration, agent support and project management. Over my eighteen years with Kansas City Life, I enjoyed constantly increasing job responsibilities and several promotions, the last of which was to the position of Senior Applications Systems Analyst / Programmer. I supported all of Group Sales & Marketing, Group Underwriting, and Group Policy Issue, totaling 40 employees.
