I am responsible for the estimating and production of all proposals for SEC Interiors, a division of the SEC Group. This involves working closely with the general manager and design team to produce a cost effective and detailed proposal for end users.I also play a significant role in the development of our tendered division, working with end users, surveying practices and local authorities on traditional tendered and procured projects, including the fit out and refurbishment of non-commercial properties such as schools, colleges and universities.With extensive experience in the fit out industry I can also provide tangible contractor costs against schedules of dilapidations, to aid end of lease negotiations.

Surveyor on projects including those for London Fire & Emergency Planning Authority (New Fall Back Command Centre), Thames Valley University, Regent's College London. Annual project totals in excess of £3,000,000.

Extensive management and delivery of multiple projects within Central London ranging in value from £5,000 up to £250,000 as part of the Small Projects division.
