Consultancy Services:• Internal Placement – A principal consultant joins your organisation for a minimum of 3 months on a day rate basis. Either becoming your internal Talent function, Acting as cover while you recruit for a full-time Talent/Recruitment partner or supporting a spike in recruitment activities such as project/framework mobilisation. Recruitment Services:• Retained – Part fee up front and a fee on success, Dedicating our time and expertise to securing you the right individual for your organisation, This includes working evening & weekends if required to meet the deadline set out at the start of the process. • Package of works – Agreeing on a set fee for a volume of work, building up a resource plan with the organisation to deliver multiple roles over a short/medium or long-term basis. • Contingent – Fee on successful recruitment, we are unable to guarantee this is always available as priority is to our “Retained” & “Package of works” due to a fee being paid up front to secure our time.

    As an RAF Firefighter I was trained at both being a soldier and a fully qualified Firefighter covering the airfield and village in the surrounding area. I have been on tour of duty to the Falkland Islands and Cyprus for 4 month periods working a variety of different shifts from 24hrs on 24hrs off to days and nights rotating. I did whatever was asked of me and by doing this obtaining a number of achievements..Key Achievements• Covering the Fire Strikes over 2002 and 2003 where I was promoted to acting Corporal running a division in Derbyshire. This included overseeing 80 staff from both the Army and RAF, taking intense training sessions to ensure everyone was fully trained on the use of the green goddess and basic firefighter techniques.• Receiving a commendation from the operation head of the RAF after successfully dealing with a 3 car pile up with great efficiency and no casualties on the fire strikes.• Receiving a commendation for acting above the call of duty working as part of a 4 man team on a fiber glass factory fire. This was in the local village and due to our response time and training stopped the spread through to a gas compound.• Walking 22 miles for charity in full PPE and breathing apparatus with my watch [6 in total] from Boston to Coningsby in Lincolnshire.
