Working in close partnership with the Senior Leadership Team, going out to the market to gain an understanding of the factors affecting the recruitment process. Assessing the current talent attraction strategy, identifying restricting factors and creating a new strategy leading to positive results and attracting the right level of professionals into the organisation.

As a Student Ambassador for History and Politics, at DMU, I had the privilege of representing my department and university to the wider community. I gave presentations to prospective students and their families about the benefits of studying History and Politics, and I led tours of our department's facilities.
